Jeremy is my rep. He made the process so easy. He was very responsive to all my needs and questions. I am very impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. I was doing a sand and refinish. The workers recommended a lighter color when they arrived. They sanded a small area and showed me several options. I am so happy they did! I went with a lighter color. I trust Carpet Depot with all my flooring needs!

Jeremy and his team do excellent work. Every type of flooring whether it be carpet, LVP, engineered hardwoods or finished hardwoods. Excellent design help and the installers are professional and fast! The more I share my Carpet Depot story, the more i find people that already have or are already planning to do business with them.
The installation team was on-time and did a good job, however, the color match to my existing carpeting was horrendous, and no one has bothered to call me to explain or offer a resolution
