The receptionist Ralee is so kind and helpful, she always has a greeting smile on her face, jay he is very professional and takes pride in the buisness. If you want to get great flooring done, give them a call they will take care of you!! Locally owned which is a big plus to deal with real genuine people. I can’t express enough to call them or stop by to talk with them about your flooring needs!!
Jay was extremely professional and patient when choosing our carpet. James showed up on time, worked fast and expertly layed our carpet. My husband and I were most impressed with him. He’s as good as we’ve seen. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with both Jay and James. We’ll definitely be using them in the future for all of our flooring needs.. Thank you, I’m thrilled with the job and the carpet!!
Jay was helpful and patient with us, Jason came out to look at the job and sold us on his perfection, years of installing tile, although the highest bid we felt comfortable with them and wanted a quality job. However, that is not what we got. Tile is not level, floor pattern doesn't match up with set in shower floor, set the tile inside the linear drain without removing the plastic wrap, splatters on walls, painted driveway left with staining and dumped concrete into a flower garden (I practice organic gardening!)
