Jay was extremely professional and patient when choosing our carpet. James showed up on time, worked fast and expertly layed our carpet. My husband and I were most impressed with him. He’s as good as we’ve seen. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with both Jay and James. We’ll definitely be using them in the future for all of our flooring needs.. Jay was helpful and patient with us, Jason came out to look at the job and sold us on his perfection, years of installing tile, although the highest bid we felt comfortable with them and wanted a quality job. However, that is not what we got. Tile is not level, floor pattern doesn't match up with set in shower floor, set the tile inside the linear drain without removing the plastic wrap, splatters on walls, painted driveway left with staining and dumped concrete into a flower garden (I practice organic gardening!) 3 calls and 3 weeks later flooring still not fixed but got his money almost 4000 on two rooms crazy price and they was on there cell phones most of time and also used up a roll of toilet paper and a full box of tissue paper in 2 days Just a small piece of grout missing
