I was referred to Carpet Cure by a neighbor who had some antique upholstery cleaned and was very happy. I had a couple of dog urine stains on installed carpet. I called Carpet Cure and very impressed by the level of professionalism in setting up my appointment. I was given a date and arrival window. The day of the service, Jimmy (the technician) sent a text letting me know he was on his way and arrived well within the arrival window. Jimmy was super nice and personable.
