Pretty bad. I requested a quote for carpet for a garage conversion into a bedroom/studio space and a woman rang me before Xmas telling me they originally did my house two years ago and had my garage measurements, so can they just send the quote rather than come out. Then they proceded to send me a quote for glueing some gorilla carpet to the concrete pad, even though I'd explained that there was already gorilla carpet and I wanted an underlay and carpet that matched the rest of the house. Horrific! I have had the most disturbing experience with Carpet Court and wish I never got involved! Please look anywhere else!
Went to look for flooring for a bathroom re fit. A staff member was eating some odour food in the show room, a chinese takeaway re heat. This affected my desire to look at samples... We got them around to do a quote...and they never got back to us with a quote, we left it to see if they would and nothing. Moved on with a cheaper and option that makes me feel alot more confident about the bathroom floor. 1 star for the plastic rhino. but a pointless interaction if not for this review.
