Horrendous experience over an extremely unprofessional, intimidating and damaging install. $25k + floors not correctly installed for use, a 5 day install doubled due to poor workmanship, smokos and general whinging. Glue marks throughout (even after Carpet Court owner requested they be cleaned), did not clean up any day, left sharp nails, broken cement, rubble. I’ve just had a great experience with carpet Court in Bowral. From my initial contact with Vicki followed by Bob to measure up then the dynamic duo of John and Colin to instal, it’s has been brilliant from start to finish. Flexible around my timing and always on time; helping me decide from the plethora of choices, its been great. A special mention though to John and Colin who had the task of getting the carpet installed into an upstairs loft on a 35 degree day. Great work and all done with a laugh. Thank you !
