Lovely service and almost half the price for same product from Weirs or Mode flooring. Living Rural doesnt justify doubling prices and carpet court understood. Shop around, expensive stores don't deserve all the applaud.

The sales staff in the showroom do nothing but tell stories to get money out of you and then they will always ask for more because I don’t tell you the truth or write down Anything that I get told that would make the job easier or to complete the job because they always ask for money afterwards they are scammers
Very disappointed in the carpet and subsequent dismissive service. Lovely pure wool carpet looked like a great choice in the showroom and at $99 sq metre you do have high expectations. Once installed our carpet did look fantastic but sounded like cheap plastic bags to walk on. I was disappointed but thought maybe it will take some time to settle in.
