I hate posting this review as my experience with Phillip was very positive at first. Another worker did a bad job installing my carpet and I hired Phillip to stretch it. Phillip was very responsive, respectful, and nice. He got the job done within 2 weeks of reaching out to him and did a great job. Phillip confirmed that his work was guaranteed and that he would come back if there were any issues. I hired Phillip to install carpet in a new office in my basement and replace the carpet on my stairs. He did an excellent job! Being right before the holiday I actually didn't expect any carpet installers to be available to do the work, but Phillip was able to split the work up...office on Sunday afternoon and the stairs on Monday evening! His arrival was delayed Monday due to unforseen issues with a previous job, but he texted me as soon as he knew he'd be late which I greatly appreciated. I rarely take the time to leave a review yet felt this time was different. Phillip was able to schedule me right away to fix a job that another person had left in a mess. He stretched the carpet and made it look new👍 I feel fortunate to have found an honest, talented, and professional person. I will be using him for ANY future carpet jobs.
