I was a bit overwhelmed with the variety of Luxury Vinyl Plank products. The owner was extremely helpful in helping me narrow down the choices. The installation process was smooth and painless and the price was very competitive. I would definitely use them again.
One week ago, today, I visited this store to get an estimate for replacement carpeting. I brought a diagram with measurements and a sample of the type of berber carpet I needed. I picked out the carpet that I wanted and was told that the salesman (owner?) would call me that afternoon. I never heard anything back. How do these companies stay in business?
