I highly recommend Carpet Consultants Flooring. They offer quality products at a fair price. But the installation is where they exceeded my expectations. Father/Son team Bill and Tyler did an amazing job installing our floors. They took their time and did it right. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.
If I could this company negative stars I would. Scott Bailey the sales manager is the most unprofessional "manager" I have ever interacted with. He decided to hang up on us while we were voicing our displeasure with their services provided a couple months ago. This company quoted us to move some furniture so they could lay some new carpet down in our basement. Months after the service was completed we found they didn't move a piece of furniture that could have easily been moved (it was on wheels) and just cut the new carpet ... read more
Thought I would get a better quality of carpet and service here, rather than one of the big box stores. After 2 years, the "good" quality carpet I purchased has more snags than the 20 year old carpet left in the house. There's also an exposed seam that is quite annoying. I called twice and was promised the installer would come back and check it out. They never showed.
