Great work. Quality it good..but the owner treats his installers like slaves. Sends the guys to do quality work, but doesn't pay them and also makes them wait!! That is terrible. Especially during these hard times. How dare they. Go somewhere else. Don't support this business. No one wants too pay a business that doesn't pay their installers.
Carpet Consultants was the most incredible vendor to do business with for our recent flooring improvement project. The owner, Sam, is ingratiating, patient, transparent, outbid EVERY request for quote we pursued, and provided impeccable service and installation.
