The whole experience with this company has been great. From initial selections, to follow-ups, scheduling and install. Everyone has been professional, highly approachable and extremely friendly. Fast to respond to issues or questions. We highly recommend.
UPDATED: 05/31/25. THEY DID COME OUT AND FIX THE ISSUE. Will never use them again. The installers were the worst. $ 2500.00 for my bedroom and they drug the carpet up the stairs scratching off the paint of the new stair treads we put up. They left and got a brown marker and tried to cover up the paint where they scratched off. ( the color didn't even match ). You can noticeably see the carpet line. They only took $40.00 off my bill for the stairs and when I called back because of the bad carpet-line, they said they would cal... read more

We went in on a Monday morning, met with Frank, he came out two hours later, measured, quoted and the carpet was installed the following Monday. Frank was great to work with, made it simple, fast and zero hassle. The installers were on time, friendly and professional too. Thanks, Frank!
