We really appreciated his flexibility with us. We just bought our condo and we were in the middle of renovations as well as starting to have new furniture delivered. He worked with us as and fit us into his busy schedule so that we were able to get our carpets cleaned with enough time to dry before our furniture delivery. I had to reschedule a few times within 3 days and he was so kind and patient. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Janice & Scott. PS our place smells so fresh; we love it!
