A serviceman was able to come out about 24 hours after the problem began and was able to remedy the situation within an hour. He was pleasant and explained everything very well. We will do business with Carpet Cleaning Service of West Covina in the future!

Was trying to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning the man who answered placed me on hold without even telling me well I was talking and than got back on and when I was asking about prices and information about the carpet cleaning hung up on me so I called back to make sure it wasnt just a disconnection problem but it was a cell phone and he wouldn't answer the call anymore. We had the boys at Carpet Cleaning Service of West Covina come to our home before the the4th of julyto help our family prep for a family party we were hosting. The technicians came in with his assistant to clean the entire home carpet and furniture and both were extremely nice. I felt the cost to be very reasonable. I called different shops and all prices was higher. The work was good and they worked really fast, organized, and CLEAN results!!!!! Highly recommended.
