We had our lounge-diner carpet and two sofas cleaned by Matt after we had some building work done. Excellent communication from arranging a visit to discuss our needs, to the day of the cleaning. He did a very thorough job leaving it all looking like new, something we were not confident about with the lower quote we got from another company. He really did do a fantastic job of our carpets and nothing was too much trouble for him.
