We had disaster strike at 3pm on a Sunday (today…) when one of the bottom seals on our 300-400L aquarium let go. We had 2 inches of water throughout our lounge room floor (timber flooring) and the water went approx. 1m into an adjacent carpeted bedroom/office. I called CCT out of desperation and given the day and hour I didn’t think I’d even get my call answered. Price was ok. But when I pointed out a messy pile of soap powder the operator left on my laundry floor, I did not expect him to say "Oh I didn't notice that- you can just clean it up" I don't think I will use them again.

Carpets came up fantastic! I also had my lounge done too and it came up brand new!
