I was told a person was coming 1-3 on Saturday after Thanksgiving. I needed to get a wine stain out of a rug. I cancelled plans, waited and they didn't show up. RUDE. With cell phones, there is no excuses. They didn't answer when I tried to call them.
My experience with Carpet Cleaning The Woodlands was awesome! Our technician was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable and took great care in cleaning our carpets. Highly Recommend!
