On time. Great communication. They were flexible with my schedule. Fair price. Quality results. They are exactly what a small business should be. Outstanding! Great price, customer service and result. I had lost hope in my carpet and was going to replace it but these guys made it look like new. These guys were great! They were timely and did a great job. I really like that their cleaning solvents are kid and pet friendly.

Had the best personalized experience with Carpet Cleaning South Pasadena CA! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and so nice! Honestly don't waste your time with these other carpet cleaning people on here! I Johnson is out here doing the dam thing period.
