i had my carpets cleaned in memphis by Carpet Cleaning Service Memphis, and was really impressed with the results. marvin was great—he apologized for any mix-ups and made sure everything was taken care of. they even donated their carpet cleaning to a local organization, and the carpets ended up looking brand new! very happy with the service.
We've used Carpet Cleaning Service Memphis twice and always got excellent results. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. They were able to get out tough slime, coffee, and oil stains, and even removed some random spots we hadn't noticed. With kids and two dogs, our carpets get a lot of spills, but now they look great. the first time they came to clean my carpets, 8 chairs, one ottoman, and a 5x8 rug in memphis, i was not completely satisfied with how the chairs turned out. but they were very willing to come back and fix the issue, and even offered me a full refund. i really wanted the chairs cleaned, so patrick came back and did an amazing job, making the chairs look brand new. he also worked during a heavy rainstorm and didn't complain at all, even though he got soaked going in and out of the house. i'm very happy with their carpet clean... read more
