Marvin was the technician who came out, and he was very friendly and took the time to explain everything about the carpet cleaning process. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood what to expect. Marvin was honest and did an excellent job making my carpets look fresh and clean again. I’ve been using this carpet cleaning service in Memphis for a while, and they always do a fantastic job. We have grandkids who are like little hurricanes when they visit, so our carpets get messy fast. But every time, these guys make our carpets look brand new again. They clean so well that I haven’t had to switch to hardwood floors, even though my wife wants to! They use modern equipment and really care about their work. I highly recommend them!
The carpet cleaning service we got was fantastic! Marvin was very professional and did a wonderful job. My mom and I have always cleaned our own carpets and thought we did pretty well. the team that came out to clean my carpets in memphis were polite and friendly. darius explained that some old stains from medicine dye might not come out, but they still did their best. they started by vacuuming, then used a pretreatment before steam cleaning the carpets. after the cleaning, the carpets looked really nice considering their age. they let me know the carpets would take about 6 hours to dry and suggested running the air conditioner to keep everything fresh. i am very happy with how clean the carpets turned out... read more
