Timothy kept us informed throughout the cleaning of our wood floors, carpet, & throw rugs. He did a awesome project and his knowledge of cleaning, and gave us essential suggestions. We took advantage of the special for 3 years’ cleaning visits which saves us a terrifc deal of money.

there were three appointments set up for an appointment and they didn't fulfill any of them. totally unprofessional and can't be trusted to do what they say.

I made an appointment over a week in advance for carpet cleaning. I asked for a confirmation and was told that it wasn't necessary and the technician would be here between 8am and 10am on the stipulated date. The technician never arrived. I called customer service twice and was twice told they would get back to me. They never got back to me. Don't count on this company to show up or follow-up.
