This is not a local business. Booked for carpet clean and no one turned up, but they kept rescheduling and making excuses
Firstly they went to the wrong address. They took my number down incorrectly. I asked for 3 things to be cleaned, they only quoted for 2. One guy came 2 hours early, dragged the machine up and down my steps harshly. Tried to up-sell me on the ‘deep clean), also adding on more cost for the third item they missed. Did an O-K job but not brilliant. Missed areas I had to point out. I won’t be using these again.
