Had appt on Saturday @1100 am. Rep (Zach) arrived on time, introduced himself and described the process and got started. 2 bedrooms (light color) plus living room area rug (8X10). Job was finished in about 2 hrs. He said the process would continue to work up dirt and stains over a period of time (2 months?). We had contacted Will and he scheduled us quickly. On the appointed time, Kevin came to deep clean our carpets for three bedrooms. We were particularly concerned about a magnetic putty that my son dropped on the carpet about a size of a palm and two small sized. When I came to back after the cleaning I couldnt find where the putty were. (See the photo). Excellent job and well done! I would highly recommend to others!
