These people are con artists. I asked for an estimate to clean a wool/viscose 9x12 rug with a small per stain in the corner. They refused to provide any info over the phone. I waited over two days for the “estimators” to come out. They arrived at the very end of the day and had a clear price per foot for cleaning - total of $1,550 which is more than we even paid for the rug. They refused to try a spot stain or offer any other guidance. Go elsewhere.

My Oriental rug looks fantastic after the rug cleaning process. The colors are brighter and the rug feels much cleaner.

This company did a wonderful job on my Afghan Wool runner. The rug had become very dull over time, and I assumed the colors were permanently faded. After the Oriental rug cleaning, the patterns became vibrant again and the texture felt softer. Very happy with the results.

I gave my Pakistani rug for cleaning because it had some stains and dirt buildup. The team was professional and made the process very easy. They picked it up from my home and returned it after about a week. Their Pakistani rug cleaning process worked really well. The rug came back clean, and the stains were gone. The texture felt soft and comfortable again. I’m very happy with how it turned out.
