OK, yes these guys are very friendly and professional. I'm kind of surprised at the all-5-star ratings though. I was also surprised that it was a "low-moisture" cleaning - guess I should have done more research on them. Took them 30 minutes to spread some stuff around, rub it in and vacuum it up. $188 for a small 3-bedroom house. The rug was marginally cleaner, and they did get some spots up, though they were not particularly difficult spots and I had actually spread some rug detergent on the spots right before they came.
