I live in Bay Ridge, and I needed my woven wool rug deep-cleaned. They gave a free home estimate, moved the heavy furniture without any damage, and handled the rug carefully. It came back soft and clean. Will use them again!

Our experience with Moroccan rug cleaning, flatweaves, and silk pieces was perfect. The team came out for a free estimate and thoroughly inspected our collection. They walked us through their rug cleaning process, gave a fair quote, and moved furniture before rolling the rugs. They delivered them back after 8 days, spotless and fresh. They even laid each rug out carefully. We were impressed by their attention to detail and high level of service. Truly top-notch professionals who care about their work.

The flatweave rug in my dining area had deep food stains that just wouldn’t come out. I got a free estimate and was impressed by their knowledge of woven rugs. They picked it up, cleaned it at their facility, and brought it back in 8 days. It looked almost brand new. They helped roll it back out and made sure everything was even. I didn’t expect such good results, especially from a rug I’d almost given up on.

We had three small area rugs a Persian wool, a silk flatweave, and a woven hallway rug all badly in need of cleaning. The company offered a free estimate and was able to walk me through how they’d handle each one differently. I was impressed by their knowledge of fiber types and rug construction. They picked up the rugs, cleaned them at their factory, and delivered them back after 8 days. Each rug looked fantastic, felt fresh, and was placed back with care. It was a smooth, detailed, and surprisingly affordable process.

We bought a used Turkish rug online and it arrived smelling musty, like an attic. I didn’t want to risk DIY cleaning, so I called for a free quote. The expert who came out identified some hidden stains and offered a full breakdown of the rug cleaning process. When the rug came back, it smelled amazing, and even the faded threads had more definition.
