This is my third time using the company, first time in our new home! Felix was my tech and he was fantastic. Very friendly and informative. All questions i asked he had a professional answer to. He was efficient and my carpets look great! I can’t wait to see what they look like once they dry.
I recently moved my office and needed to get the carpets in my new location cleaned along with some entry rugs and chairs. Josh from the Rug Beater team was able to get out quickly and did a FANTASTIC job!
The experience with them was awesome from beginning to end! They were punctual, professional, called ahead of time with an ETA of 15 minutes and showed up at that time . Both employees showed up with smiles on their faces and a willingness to explain the entire process. You can always tell who is invested in the company and who is not. I've already shared contact information with my friends & neighbors.
Rug Beater was able to perfectly clean a chair which had a decades-old stain. The seat had been upholstered with a crewel design which I had labored over, so it had sentimental value. I was so happy that it could be restored to its original condition.
We were in serious need of carpet cleaning and heard about Rug Beater. After stopping at the shop and finding out details we arranged to have ours cleaned. Felix came and did a superb job! He was very friendly, professional and made sure all of our questions were answered. We are super pleased with the results and are thankful to have a great business like Rug Beater so close by!
