We had several chairs and a love seat cleaned and treated. Felix was the tech and he did a superb job, was excellent to dash with, and professional.
I would definitely use them again. Staff very professional and did an excellent job on area rug as well as wall to wall carpeting. Actual cost came in under the quotes I received. Very pleased with the service.
We had Sam and Diane here on Friday to clean our carpets. The job they did was exceptional!!! I've had them cleaned before, but not like this! We have light carpeting and 2 dogs, so things get dirty. After Sam and Diane were done, I can honestly say my carpeting looks fantastic. They also did the stairs and the carpeting looks like it did the day it was installed, 5 years ago. Another great experience with this company. Felix called to say he was running ahead of schedule. He was very kind and knowledgeable when we talked about the services we were about to receive and what the approximate cost would be. We had our basement carpet and stairs cleaned and treated with a protectant. He was able to remove the few stains we had in our carpet. Would highly recommend using The Rug Beater for your carpet cleaning needs.
**edit to my original post** After I posted my review, the company contacted the “owner” they referenced below, who is actually not the owner of the property, but the previous renter — my mother’s fiancé. During those discussions, Rug Beater informed him that they would charge an additional fee to return and address the spots they missed during the original service.
