We had The Rug Beater out today to clean our carpets and sofa for the first time. I chose them from their website because I was not happy with any of the companies in Berks county. We had a wonderful experience with this company. After having a dog for 12 years we needed our carpets refreshed at which they certainly took care of. We had compliments on how nice it smelled. we will be using them for our future cleanings.

Very good communication from RugBeaters. They called the day before to verify and then Rich called the day of, to say he would be there in 30 minutes. Rich and Felix were uniformed and their truck was easily identifiable. Both Rich and Felix were pleasant with excellent customer contact skills. They did a walk-through and provided us with an updated quote. They moved their equipment all through the house while keeping the front door gap sealed and did not damage any trim or walls.
