We recently had the only two rooms with carpet cleaned by Josh. He was an amazing technician; very thorough, friendly and kind. The bedroom carpet had not been cleaned since installation about 5 years ago. Now the carpet looks "new" again! Josh did a wonderful job as well in our finished basement carpet too! It inspired my husband to really clean the basement and it looks beautiful again! Diane
The serviceman, Felix, was professional, asking good questions, and explaining what he would be doing. He was very careful when he moved things, such as my couch and he put them back in the same place. He also protected the corners so that the hose would not rub against them. Felix was thorough in cleaning the carpet. I was pleased with the results and would highly recommend Rugbeaters.
Originally, I wasn’t going to write this review. However, every single day I look at my floors and am reminded of how unhappy I am with the results and how I feel this company did not thoroughly provide the 5-star service that so many others seem to have experienced. We used their carpet cleaning and floor cleaning services. While the carpet was cleaned, they didn’t do the edges, so the borders of the carpet still look black. The Rug Beater company is the most professional carpet cleaners! I have used them for over 15 years. They are so easy to deal with, from scheduling an appointment to cleaning the carpet/upholstery. They take care of your house and my carpets and furniture look like they did the day I bought them! Sam was the employee who came out today and he was so personable, and very thorough and efficient. I'm so pleased with this company and I would never use anyone else!
2nd time using Rug Beaters and I'm very happy! Sam did a fantastic job with cleaning our stairs, hallway, bedrooms & basement plus he's very professional & answered my questions/concerns that I had. Will continue to use Rug Beaters in the future!
