Not sure who everyone else dealt with but my experience was not good with this company. I scheduled a carpet cleaning with them today between the hours of 1p - 3p. After not receiving a call from the technician by 3:15p I called them to see if they were still coming. The first time I called a young lady answered and she said she would contact the tech and her boss and I should hear back. I waited another hour and called back.
