We recently had the Carpet Cleaning Group come out to steam clean and deep clean the carpeting on the stairs in our building’s common areas, three full flights, and the results were outstanding. Years of wear, foot traffic, and buildup were completely removed, and the carpets now look refreshed and well-maintained. You can immediately tell the difference. If you’re looking to restore high-traffic carpet areas, especially in a multi-unit building, I’d highly recommend them. Great work all around.
We had some slight flooding in our basement and needed to pull up our carpet to air it out. We hired CCG to replace the carpet pad, re-install the carpeting and clean the carpet. They came out for a walkthrough right away and completed the work a few days later. The whole process was quick and easy. We worked with Herman, Zach and Nicolas. They were all very kind, professional and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend.

We had an issue with our dog having diarrhea in two carpeted rooms, and while they were here we had them do two additional rooms and a superficial cleaning of a rug. Zach and the crew were great.
