I had an excellent experience with Carpet Cleaning Group. Zach and David were incredibly efficient in both scheduling and completing the work on my area rugs, furniture, and hardwood floors. Carpet Cleaning Group was very responsive and scheduled us quickly and with relatively little notice to clean our old place between moving and the new residents moving in. Day of, Dave and Zach arrived early, were incredibly kind and efficient, and got a particularly nasty black stain mostly out of white carpet. We are very grateful for their service!
I recently met with the owner of The Carpet Cleaning Group in Chicago. While I haven’t personally had my carpets cleaned, I’ve had the pleasure of auditing the business, and it’s clear this family run company truly stands out. You know you have found a good vendor when you add them to your contact list and that’s just what I did with Carpet Cleaning Group. This is the second time I have used them for my area rug and couch/love seat. I was pleased that German and Zach were back again this time. They were friendly and attentive, keeping me informed from start to finish. Everything looks fresh and clean - and like new!
