I have been using Carpet Cleaning Group for a little over 10 years. I hired them right after I moved into my house because the basement carpet was just beyond. It was one of the first things I planned to replace. But after one cleaning, CCG completely brought it back to life and it looks brand new. From the moment I contacted CCG to the day of service, I have been immensely pleased. Their communication is prompt and clear, the quote was fair, the scheduling was easy. They confirmed the day before, I received a call 25 minutes prior to their arrival. Zach and Dave arrived --- introduced themselves and got to work. Excellent experience with Carpet Cleaning Group! They did an amazing job and were even able to complete the project two days earlier than originally scheduled after I mentioned that my preference was to have it done ASAP. German Sanchez was extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process. Carpet Cleaning Grooup recently cleaned my area rugs and did a fantastic job. Not only are the rugs very clean, they are very good with their communications and always show up on time for both pick up and drop off. Special shout out to the techs Volodia and Jose - they were fantastic and super helpful. I have used this company many times and will continue to do so in the future.
