I have used them twice and have had fantastic experiences both times. They were able to pick up my 8x10 rug the same day and had it cleaned and returned within a week. The delivery people were friendly, professional, and helpful. So incredibly easy and seamless. They also were able to hide some scorch marks, which was beyond anything I thought possible. I would highly recommend.
