These people are complete scammers. Under desperation due to our house flooding over night, we were eager to get the water extracted from our carpets to avoid permanent damage. After calling numerous businesses, this was the only place that were able to come out within the day. One of their staff came out and extracted -what we thought- all of the water and steam cleaned the carpet.
