Great service in Vaughan! I recently used Carpet Cleaning Factory for a full carpet cleaning at my home, and the results were fantastic. Tony and his team were friendly, on time, and worked quickly. My carpets looked brand new after the service. Pricing was fair, and they explained everything clearly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for reliable carpet cleaning in Vaughan!
Mary , the manager sent out a fellow to clean my New Zealand wool carpet, he soaked it so heavily that it took 5 days to dry, and left a huge brown water stain on one half of the carpet, She has not sent back the cleaner after multiple requests. I fear that my carpet is now permanently ruined. I paid over eleven hundred dollars for this carpet which is just over two years old. This company does not care at all about their quality of work , and even cares less for their customers. A huge dissapoint.
