I can’t recommend Carpet Cleaning Factory enough! They did an incredible job on my area rugs and my large dining room rug. I honestly didn’t think they could get them looking this clean, but they came back looking almost brand new. Every stain, odor, and years of wear were gone, and the colors looked so much brighter. Technician was friendly but came he came in the winter and machine broke after cleaning 2 chairs and was told that he couldn’t come back for 10 days to finish the job. But before he left he proceeded to empty the dirty water all over my porch, it was winter… the water froze and my porch became an instant skating rink.
