Mary , the manager sent out a fellow to clean my New Zealand wool carpet, he soaked it so heavily that it took 5 days to dry, and left a huge brown water stain on one half of the carpet, She has not sent back the cleaner after multiple requests. I fear that my carpet is now permanently ruined. I paid over eleven hundred dollars for this carpet which is just over two years old. This company does not care at all about their quality of work , and even cares less for their customers. A huge dissapoint.

Best company. My carpets smelled and looked so clean. I had a gentleman named Tony who was so nice and did such a great job. They price honestly.
I had an appiontment for this company to come clean my carpet before the movers came. My appoinment time was between 12- 1pm. 1 pm came and i still didnt hear from the campany. I gave them a call to see where they were and what time they were coming ... a lady answered and said that she would contact them and see what time they would arrive and call me back..... she never called back and when i called back they had turned off there phone . Thank you for wasting my day and for having to push back my moving date.
