I appreciate the extra care Bobby took to treat our carpets for pet odors. We have a dog and a cat. Our house smells great. He did excellent work on the stained, high-traffic area pointed out by my husband. However, Bobby missed a couple of other stains and failed to address a short 4-step staircase after agreeing to clean it.

Google was helpful in helping me find a quality carpet cleaning. I spent less than $100 on three rooms. Never has the carpet appeared finer. Even a prior tenant's ink stain, which had been left behind, vanished thanks to Bobby. I will use Carpet Cleaning Eagle Rock once more.

I used them to clean the carpeted stairs and the upper floor. They provide an estimate over the phone, and after taking the real measurements, they confirm when they arrive with a written quote. I'm pleased with the outcome and the cleaning was excellent. Without a doubt, I'll use them again.
