Waste of time and money, He didn't remove the stain was on the carpet. I won't recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your money otherwise, you'll end up disappointed like me.
Very disappointed with the service from Cranbourne Carpet Cleaning, first they quoted well below the price per square meter to what they actually charged, which was over twice as much, secondly they didn’t measure the size of the rooms, just guessed and was over 30 sq m over until I pulled him up on it and then he actually measured it and found that I was right with the size I’d told him. We had the couch in the kids playroom cleaned by Cranbourne Carpet cleaning. It was stained and ready for hard rubbish but after Lexi cleaned it, it's come up like new!! Arrived on time, professional service and good price. Would definitely recommend.
Great job getting our couch clean again! More expensive than the price that was originally quoted on the phone, but a part from that I am happy with the result.
