Horrible. Booked a month out, took a day off work, I even called them the Friday before to confirm and then they were a no-show. Extremely disorganized office with no followup communication from front office. I was the one making all the phone calls. They finally tried to scramble and get me a sub contracted technician, but I ended up having to go with another source last minute because they were so late to the game.

We have been using Carpet Cleaning Coppell TX for years now. Family owned and operated, nice and trustworthy company. They cleaned our carpets when we had a condo, then even had them clean carpets on a rental that had smelly pet stains (did a great job), and now once a year we have them do the carpets in our house.
