The technician forgot to clean one entire room and still charged me for it. When I called, they claimed it was “included in the time spent.” That’s ridiculous.
I was charged extra for “special treatment” that made no visible difference at all.
I’m extremely disappointed with this company. They claimed to have cleaned the chimney thoroughly, but smoke still fills the house every time I light a fire.
