I would describe myself as being a loyal customer to Carpet Cleaning Charlotte! They have always provided an excellent service and great value for the money. They are efficient, reliable and will tackle even the most challenging job with humor and hard work. Mark is always very careful around delicate furniture and scrupulously tidy when he works. This is absolutely a five star company and I recommend them unreservedly.

I have used Carpet Cleaning Charlotte for many years for cleaning all the carpets in my home. This company provides quality service. I found myself in a bind last week when my usual carpet cleaning company couldn't squeeze me in that day. I had heard good things about Carpet Cleaning Charlotte so I gave them a call and was thrilled to learn they could be here that afternoon. Their customer service was awesome and they did a fantastic job getting rid of all the stains in the high traffic areas. I will be calling Carpet Cleaning Charlotte again! I highly recommend them to anyone living in the Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas for sure!

A month after adopting a cat I noticed that our house started to smell pretty bad. It was obvious where the smell was coming from, our cat had not been using its litter box and the odor was strong. first time...not the last – I just want to let everyone know what an outstanding job Carpet Cleaning Charlotte did cleaning the carpets in my house. My son tracked tar all over the carpets and nothing I tried would remove it. Carpet Cleaning Charlotte was able to remove the tar stains and my carpets look great.
