I have not been credited a refund for my deposit. I scheduled a cleaning but had to cancel due to a moving scheduling issue. I cancelled more than 1 week in advance as was promised a refund. (multiple times) It has now been almost a month and I still have not been credited my deposit. Not that it was a huge sum of money, it is just unethical business practices. Very disappointed!
