Lied about time and blamed the customer saying that we “demanded” them to finish at a time when the truth was we simply asked them if the cleaning will go past a certain time, which was also alright. And they were the ones that said “no for sure not” but when I reasoned with them that the inside of the refrigerator and the space was not cleaned the lady told me that my family did not tell them and said no need. Too bad of a job. They did not dry the carpets and the stains are still visible. and they made it worse.
I had a very comfortable experience with them, i used them for cleaning my carpets. They did a good job of it, and the people who who worked on it were very user friendly, and helpful..Best carpet cleaning services provider..
