Ran me off the road in a company vehicle as I was pulling into lakeshore drive. I will never use this company. If they can’t drive, the work must be awful as well. The driver almost ran three people off the road on Fullerton, getting on LSD. He was also riding in between both lanes. He is clearly a hazard. To say you have NEVER Had an incident like this is ridiculous. You’re saying you’re a person that never makes mistakes. HUGE RED FLAG.
Metron Carpet Cleaning did a beautiful job cleaning all carpeting in a large church, including under the pews, the choir risers, steps and plateaus in the Sanctuary area. The crew was on time, efficient, focused and completed the job most timely.
This was the first time we used Metron for carpet cleaning. Scheduling was easy and obtaining an appointment for the time desired was no problem. The carpets looked great! See you next time!

The owner is a very kind man and has a hard working crew. They were in and out in no time and charged a very competitive price. I found them to be very trustworthy and let them clean the rooms we agreed to while I was on a work call in the other room. They left the place in perfect condition and left quietly without interrupting my call. To say I highly recommend is an understatement!
