I have never used a carpet cleaning service before and Carpet Cleaning Bros was the top result in my Google search. They had a 4.9 rating so I gave them a call. We worked out that they would pick up my rug in a few weeks. Once they had it in their hands they would clean it and get it back to me in roughly 10 days. Edit: this is from the first time they came to do work for us, I thought it posted. We had reminders about our appt several days prior, and the day before the reminder also mentioned a few ways to be ready, and what to expect.He ran a bit late, due to truck issues but called and was prompt in arriving asap.
