Although my rug looked great, there we still urine odors that i conveyed to the company. They were glad to come back out and clean the stubborn areas that were the problem- and without chrage. this is the second time I’ve used this service and they do a nice job on a rug where My little terrier had designated his pee place. I only had that one bedroom cleaned. They’re good communicators and arrive on time and are very friendly and congenial.
