The rug cleaning process they use seems way more advanced than what I expected. When they collected my flatweave rug, they explained how the modern equipment in their factory separates dirt from between the layers of the weave instead of just cleaning the surface. I never understood how different materials respond to cleaning until I saw my rug return with clearer patterns, cleaner fiber lines, and restored texture. It’s a level of cleaning you simply can’t do at home.
