Amazing job! My rug had been looking dull for years, and now it looks completely different. The service was easy to arrange, the price was fair, and they did exactly what they promised. Pickup and delivery were both on time, and the rug was handled with care the whole way. When they placed it back in my living room, I was honestly shocked at how clean and fresh it looked. Their team cleaned my Turkish and Pakistani rugs, along with a silk flatweave. The free estimate was easy to schedule. They gave me a detailed quote, walked me through the rug cleaning process, and handled all the logistics. After 8 days, my rugs came back spotless. They looked and felt brand new! Once I agreed, they carefully rolled it up and moved some furniture I couldn’t lift. The rug was returned a week later looking revived, as if it had just been bought.
