We had two rooms with very grungy carpeting - many years of child traffic, i.e. a lot of dirt carried into the house and a lot of spilled everything. I wasn't expecting any miracles but Tom got them as clean as they're going to get. No one could do better, and we don't have to replace them. And the dirt DID NOT return after the carpets dried! Top notch.
Tom came on time, on very little notice and did a Great job. Also uncovered additional problem and cleaned that for us too. Would use his service again.
