Damaged my carpets by soaking them down with water, could not dry them which left my carpet 75% brown, then tries to weasel his way out of fixing/cleaning carpets by telling me "he don't know what I did to my carpets after he left". All in all, this jerk WILL rip u off, will not come back to repair the damage that he caused to my carpets. A real take the money and run scum.
