Excellent company. I bought a vintage wool rug that needed a good cleaning before using it in my home. I first contacted another carpet cleaning service in Mt Pleasant, but they brought the rug back without cleaning it because they said the natural dyes might bleed. Then I found Carpet Cleaning 843, and their team came quickly to pick up the rug. Miles offered extra services like deodorizing and adding stain protection. Now the rug looks fantastic and fresh. After he finished cleaning the three rooms included in the special offer, my wife and I were so happy with the results that we asked if he could also clean our loft area, stairs, flex room, area rug, sofa, and love seat. great service, the technician was super friendly and answered all my questions before and after cleaning my carpet. i was really happy he moved a lot of my furniture, since other places told me they wouldn't. it was nice to watch the carpet color change and look fresher as it was cleaned. i was glad to hear Carpet Cleaning 843 uses green cleaning products, since i have an indoor cat, and they even picked an anti-allergen solution without me having to ask. overall, a great experience and i would definitely recommend them!
