EDIT: our original post was deleted. Which makes me wonder how many others have been deleted.. Ilana charged us for a full hour at $500, but did not stay the full hour. Ilana is incredibly rude and abrupt and made us feel very uncomfortable. She advised she would be there between 930-10am. She lied to my mother that she started at 10am when we have proof she didn’t get there until 1015 of which I was in a meeting and couldn’t attend to the door. Excellent Service, I was able to book quickly and the flexible scheduling fit my availability. Ilana and her team were very friendly and did an excellent job with my very dirty area rugs and 5 carpeted bedrooms , I am extremely satisfied and will be booking this service again! 10 stars!
Updated in reply to the owner’s response on my google review: “ You are not only rude but also a professional liar! Can’t believe the story you made up all by your own imagination to cover my honest review! It made up all after you tried to intimidate me by your harassing text messages to convince me to delete my review! Ilana and sim are the perfect team- they were on time, friendly, and professional, within 2 hrs they took care of wall-to-wall carpeting in seven rooms, hallway and runner on staircase. They didn’t leave any mess behind. I highly recommend this professional team. Looking forward to them servicing our home for our next appointment.
