I contacted them by phone to schedule a carpet cleaning for a house I had rented and needed to return with the carpet clean. I called them several weeks in advance, and for scheduling reasons with the property management company, I had to reschedule the appointment. My dog had a few accidents and I couldn’t get the smell out no matter what I tried. Their odor elimination service worked like magic. You’d never know there were ever any pet stains on that rug.

I love that they use eco-friendly cleaning products because I’ve got kids and pets. They managed to pull years of dirt out during the deep cleaning. The carpet feels softer and looks brighter now.

I’m super sensitive to dust, so I asked them about allergens. They did a full professional carpet cleaning and I can actually breathe easier at home now. Definitely worth it.
