I had a wonderful experience working with Kaitlin from Carpet City. As a new homeowner, it was my first time buying carpet, and she provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. Sam, our installer, did an absolutely phenomenal job! Carpet City had a wide selection of carpets to choose from, and their pricing is competitive. I had received estimates from other flooring businesses and decided on Carpet City, and I am so glad I did! I highly recommend Carpet City and will be using them for any future flooring upgrade... read more
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! great pricing and so many options to choose from for any price range!
Erin at carpet city couldn't have been more helpful. I really appreciated her attention to detail. And everyone was welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. She donated carpet so that we could fix up a young ladies house that had just lost her husband to cancer. I will always go there if I ever need any flooring in the future.
