There are literally hundreds of samples of hardwood, laminate, and engineed wood. Basam has been in the business over 27 years, five of the at Carpet City. He knows customer service and assisted us in narrowing our flooring selection down to material, then to color choices. Patiently, he offered tips and waited for us to make up our mind. Because he wasn't pushy, because he allowed us to make up our mind, because of his phenomenal knowledge and willingness to help us, we will be having Carpet City do our flooring.
