The entire experience with this company was great! I was thrilled that someone answered the phone when I called, and Diane was so friendly and and explained what was involved in the cleaning of our sofa set over the phone. Paul then came a few days later and did a fantastic job. They were professional and courteous throughout and would 100% recommend to a friend.
Paul did an amazing job of cleaning a large carpet space that had some pretty tough stains! We are very happy with the result. We appreciate Paul's great communication with us. We have used Paul's services in the past - he remains reliable, dependable and great to work with.
Excellent service (2 times in a row)
We thought we were going to have to buy new carpeting, but their great work saved our carpet. The job was also done at a fair price so we got a new looking carpet and saved us a lot of money.
Both Paul and Dianne are professional and caring people. Paul did a awesome clean up on our sofa. He was organized and got right to the cleaning. I was impressed when Dianne called about a week later to check up if there was any questions/issues with the sofa cleaning. We will certainly call them in the future
