Rob did a great job and the price was right.
We spilled coffee on a brand new off-white bedroom carpet. Carpet Care Services was able to schedule us as a priority visit. Ben, the associate who performed the cleaning, explained the way in which they match the products they use with the source of the stain, and that it is always better to call an expert before resorting to self help. I am so impressed with Carpet Care Services!! My basement flooded and I called them in a panic. They sent Ben right over and he was so professional. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and about how long it would take. Very knowledgeable. He did a great job and really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend!
