I also wish I could give this company zero stars. We were excited to get a Living Social Deal with them. They had really good reviews online. We received the reminder e-mail yesterday about our appointment today at 3 p.m. We never heard from our technician to confirm the appointment, as they state will happen on the confirmation e-mail. I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I scheduled an appointment with them for June 25 and they never showed up or called to reschedule or cancel the appointment. I took off of work to be at home for there "appointment window" and heard nothing. I have reached out to them multiple times via email and phone and have received no response. Very frustrated with this poor service and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
